Shipping policy
US Shipping & Logistics Official Policy
Carrier Service & Transit Disclaimer
All transit duration references displayed on the website, checkout page or notification emails are merely general reference data based on historical transportation records, and shall not be construed as any form of delivery time guarantee, commitment or warranty. We make no representation or warranty that any shipment will arrive at the destination by any specific date or time. Delivery delays may occur without limitation due to carrier operational adjustments, nationwide/regional logistics backlog, weather events, natural disasters, public authority inspection, customs clearance hold, traffic control, labor suspension, force majeure events, incomplete recipient address information, recipient absence upon delivery attempt, third-party carrier failures and other uncontrollable factors. We shall not bear any liability for losses, compensation, refunds or damages arising from delivery delays under any circumstances.
Compliance with U.S. Transportation & Customs Laws
All shipments transported to or within the United States shall fully comply with Title 49 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, FMCSA rules, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) import/export regulations, and all federal, state and local transportation regulatory provisions. The shipper warrants that all goods delivered for shipment contain no prohibited items, restricted commodities, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, intellectual property-infringing products or items violating U.S. import laws. The shipper shall bear full legal liability, fines, detention costs and related losses incurred by non-compliant cargo. We reserve the right to reject, suspend or return any non-compliant shipment without prior notice.
Tracking & Delivery Obligations
Tracking numbers will be issued once the shipment is picked up by designated third-party carriers. Tracking data updates depend entirely on carrier system synchronization and are not under our absolute control. We only undertake reasonable commercial efforts to forward tracking alerts to customers, and shall not be liable for delayed, missing or inaccurate tracking information. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to provide complete, accurate and deliverable shipping addresses including valid ZIP codes. If a shipment is returned due to invalid address, recipient refusal, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or unclaimed parcel storage expiration, all return shipping fees, storage charges and related losses shall be borne by the customer.
Liability Limitation for Loss & Damage
Pursuant to the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and U.S. domestic freight tariff standards, our maximum aggregate liability for lost, stolen or damaged shipments shall be limited to the lesser of the verified actual declared value of goods or 0.60 United States Dollars per pound of gross shipment weight, with a single incident liability cap of 100 US Dollars, unless the customer purchases additional declared value insurance and pays corresponding premium prior to shipment. We shall not be liable for inherent defects of goods, insufficient packaging damage, normal wear and tear, indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages of any kind. All loss or damage claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence within 15 calendar days after shipment delivery or confirmed loss notice.
Customs, Tariff & Duty Allocation
For cross-border shipments entering the United States, all customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees, storage surcharges, administrative penalties and other official charges levied by U.S. CBP or state regulatory authorities shall be borne solely by the recipient or shipper as applicable. We do not prepay or assume any customs-related fees on behalf of customers, and will not provide compensation for customs detention, confiscation or tax assessment results.
Miscellaneous Provisions
We reserve the right to adjust logistics cooperation carriers, shipping fee standards and service rules without advance individual notice; updated policy versions will be published on our official page and take effect immediately upon posting. This policy shall be governed by the substantive laws of the United States, and any disputes arising out of logistics services shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. federal and state transportation legal provisions.
